Dr. Tamás Kozák (MBA, Ph.D) is an economist and one of the founding owners of Berill Team Kft. His professional career is mainly related to the development and implementation of business and financial strategies. As a manager, he has been involved in projects such as the IPO of Synergon Rt. shares, the management of MÁV Cargo’s business and infrastructure development projects. He has also applied his knowledge accumulated over the past decades to higher education. His business credo is based on mutual results and strategic partnerships based on openness and shared learning.
Éva Kozákné Salakta has a degree in Auditing, IFRS accounting and systems management. She has several years of management experience in the field of finance and accounting, and in the management of transformations. She has held positions as CFO and CFO in a number of companies, including an electronics manufacturer, a research and development company and a market leader in event technology.
Her professional strengths include process management and process reorganization.
Her business value is that knowledge of the economic context is not just an “accountant’s job”, but must be shared by managers and employees in order to run a company effectively.
